Manage a fleet of 25-35 owner-operator trucks running dry van and reefer freight across the eastern half of the US. You will match loads, negotiate spot rates, troubleshoot breakdowns, and keep drivers moving. This is a high-energy, phone-heavy role — you are the bridge between shippers and drivers. Iron Horse has been in the Memphis market for 18 years. We provide TMS training and a structured onboarding process. No prior dispatch experience required — we care about your hustle, judgment under pressure, and ability to keep drivers happy.
Excellent phone presence and multi-tasking ability. Comfortable negotiating rates and resolving driver issues. Valid driver license. No freight or logistics experience required — we train on the TMS and our lanes.
