Monitor and operate gas-fired combustion turbine generators at a 450MW combined-cycle power plant. You will work a rotating shift schedule, respond to grid dispatch signals, and perform routine equipment rounds and logs. The plant runs 24/7 — you are part of the team that keeps the lights on. Griddle Energy provides full power plant operations training including NERC certification. No prior power plant or utility experience required. Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex process systems. Comfortable with rotating shift work including nights and weekends. Physical fitness for plant environment. Valid driver license. No power plant experience required.
