StorEdge runs 500K sq ft fulfillment operations for e-commerce brands. We need an ops leader who can manage warehouse teams of 50-200, run shift operations, and keep throughput up. You will own receiving, picking, packing, and shipping performance. This is a senior role for someone with management experience in fast-paced environments — but we care more about execution ability than industry background. We will teach you e-commerce specifics; you bring the leadership.
Experience managing teams of 20+. Strong organizational and people skills. Comfortable with warehouse management systems. Willing to work shifts and be on-site.
