Perform scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on GE and Vestas turbines across wind farms in Wyoming and Colorado. Climb towers up to 300 feet. Work in pairs. Travel to remote sites 4-5 days per week — company vehicle and per diem provided. Highland is a growing wind O&M company with 400+ turbines under contract. We will put you through tower rescue, wind turbine safety, and OEM certification training. No prior wind energy experience needed — just bring the head for heights and the work ethic.
Comfortable working at heights up to 300 feet. Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. Valid driver license. Physical fitness for climbing and working in remote outdoor environments. No wind energy experience required — we certify everything.
