You will rig loads, communicate with signal persons, and maintain strict safety protocols. Monarch Steel provides NCCER crane operator certification for the right candidates. Physical fitness for working at height and handling heavy rigging. Comfortable with repetitive tasks and strict safety protocols. Valid driver license. Willingness to obtain NCCER crane operator certification (we pay for it).
