Coordinate ground operations, baggage handling, and aircraft turnaround for a growing regional carrier at Denver International. You will work directly with pilots, gate agents, and ground crew to keep departures on schedule. Shift work is mandatory — this is a 24/7 operation. No aviation experience required. Summit provides full ground operations training, including ramp safety, baggage system operation, and aircraft ground procedures. We care more about your ability to stay calm under pressure than your resume.
Calm under pressure and clear communicator. Physical fitness for working in all weather conditions on the ramp. Valid driver license. Ability to pass a 10-year background check and drug screen. No experience in aviation required.
