Manage a fleet of 40 owner-operator trucks running dedicated lanes across the I-70 and I-40 corridors. You will handle driver relations, load matching, rate negotiations, and compliance tracking. This is a P&L role — you own the numbers. Red Rock Freight has doubled in size in 18 months. We need a manager who can keep quality drivers happy and profitable while growing the fleet. Base salary plus quarterly bonus tied to fleet retention and margins.
Experience in trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage. Comfortable managing a book of business and working with owner-operators. Valid CDL or willingness to obtain within 90 days. Willing to work early mornings and occasional weekends to match driver schedules.
