Coordinate the pre-development and permitting phase for residential subdivision projects across the Phoenix metro. You will manage relationships with city planning departments, coordinate title surveys, track entitlement timelines, and serve as the internal project calendar keeper. This is a coordination and tracking role — not a sales job. Cornerstone is a mid-size homebuilder doing 200+ lots per year. We need someone who can keep multiple projects moving simultaneously without dropping details.
Experience in project coordination, administrative work, or construction in any capacity. Comfortable reading site plans and permits. Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline. We do not require a real estate license for this role.
