Metro Building Supply distributes lumber, structural steel, and building materials to commercial contractors across the Philadelphia metro. We're hiring inside sales reps who can manage accounts, process orders, and identify upsell opportunities — no building materials experience needed. You'll manage a portfolio of contractor accounts, handle quote requests, and work with our warehouse team on order fulfillment. Base is $100k with commission on gross margin. Inside reps who grow their account base and maintain strong relationships are at $125k+. We have a well-stocked yard and a dispatcher who knows where every piece of lumber is.
Sales or account management experience. Comfortable with a CRM and order management software. Valid driver's license. Strong relationship management skills.
