GroundForce Equipment provides on-site repair and maintenance for construction and mining equipment across Oklahoma and North Texas. We're hiring heavy equipment mechanics for our field service fleet — experience with CAT, Komatsu, or John Deere equipment is preferred but we train the right people. You'll be dispatched to job sites to diagnose and repair excavators, dozers, loaders, and haul trucks. We provide a company service truck, tools, and all safety training. Starting pay is $100k base plus per diem and overtime. A certified field mechanic running a full schedule is at $130k+. We're a family business with a strong culture — people stay for years.
Heavy equipment repair experience (any equipment brand). Valid driver's license. Comfortable diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain issues. Willingness to travel within territory.
