We sponsor your Series 65 and provide a full training curriculum on financial planning, portfolio construction, and client relationship management. You'll work with existing clients on retirement planning, estate planning, and investment management. First-year advisors average $105k; advisors who build a $50M book within three years are at $200k+. We have a structured growth path from advisor to senior advisor to partner.
