Atlas Commercial Insurance underwrites property and casualty coverage for commercial real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing clients. We're hiring field underwriters who can assess risk on-site — no underwriting experience needed. You'll visit properties, evaluate construction quality, review life safety systems, and prepare risk assessment reports that feed into our underwriting decisions. We'll train you on commercial property risk assessment and get you started toward your ARM (Associate in Risk Management) designation. Base is $100k with performance bonuses tied to accuracy and speed of assessments. After 2-3 years of field experience, top underwriters are at $130k+.
Strong observational and analytical skills. Comfortable touring commercial properties and construction sites. Valid driver's license. Willingness to earn insurance designations (we sponsor).
