We're hiring regional sales managers who can grow a territory — no chemical industry experience needed. You'll manage existing accounts, introduce new products, and run a distributor network across Missouri, Kansas, and Southern Illinois. We provide full product training on our chemical catalog. Base is $100k with uncapped commission — regional managers who grow territory revenue by 15% are earning $150k+. We have a strong tenured team and this is a career-track role.
