SunForge Energy develops and builds commercial solar projects across the Mountain West. We're hiring project coordinators who can manage the administrative and logistical side of active solar builds — no solar or construction project management experience needed. You'll track permits, coordinate with utilities, manage submittals, and keep project schedules current. You'll work closely with our senior PMs and site supers and learn the commercial solar development lifecycle. Base is $100k with annual raises tied to project completion. We're on a growth trajectory — last year we built 40MW and this year we're targeting 80MW.
Project coordination or administrative experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing. Strong organizational skills. Comfortable with spreadsheets and project management software. Valid driver's license.
