IronHorse manages a fleet of 200+ semi trucks across the Southeast. We need a manager who can run the day-to-day — dispatching, driver relations, DOT compliance, maintenance coordination. You do not need fleet management experience. You need strong organizational skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and the willingness to make calls. Strong communication skills. Comfortable with logistics software (we train on ours). Valid driver's license. Attention to detail on compliance and safety.
