Forge Business Solutions provides back-office services (payroll processing, HR compliance, benefits administration) to SMBs across the Southeast. We're hiring inside sales reps who can run outbound prospecting and close small deals — no B2B sales experience needed. You'll be assigned a territory, given a lead list, and expected to run discovery calls and present our service bundle. We provide full product and sales training. Base is $100k with commission paid monthly. We have a strong team culture and people who put in the reps here consistently earn $125k+ in their first year.
Strong phone presence and communication skills. Coachable and eager to learn. Comfortable with a CRM and outbound calling cadence. Valid driver's license.
