Velocity Brands runs fulfillment for several major DTC e-commerce brands. We're hiring a warehouse manager for our 150,000 sq ft facility near the Las Vegas Strip. You don't need e-commerce experience — you need operational leadership, a data-driven approach, and the ability to run a large team under peak season pressure. You'll manage 80-100 seasonal workers, coordinate with our network operations team, and own pick-pack accuracy and throughput. Base is $105k with a quarterly performance bonus. This facility just signed two new major clients — we're growing and this team needs a strong leader.
Operations management experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment. Comfortable with WMS software and labor management. Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. Available for peak season shifts including weekends.
