ClearPath Construction builds TI (tenant improvement) and small ground-up commercial projects across Austin. We're hiring superintendents who can run active job sites — no prior superintendent role required, but you need to have worked in construction as a lead or foreman. You'll own scheduling, subcoordination, quality control, and safety on projects up to $5M. We use Procore for all project management — you'll be expected to manage everything digitally. Base is $115k with project completion bonuses. We're a tight crew and we promote from within.
Construction field experience (3+ years in any trade). Ability to read plans and manage a schedule. Strong communication with subs and GCs. Valid driver's license. Procore or similar PM software experience a plus.
