Guardian Safety Supply sells PPE and industrial safety equipment to plants, contractors, and logistics companies across the Midwest. We're hiring field sales reps who can manage territories, run safety audits, and grow accounts — no safety industry experience needed. You'll visit plants and job sites, assess their safety needs, and propose PPE programs. Base is $100k with commission on every account. We provide full product training and send you to the National Safety Council expo. Year-two reps are at $135k+. This is a truck-based, road-heavy role — you'll be driving 20,000+ miles per year.
Sales experience (any industry). Comfortable in industrial environments. Valid driver's license. Strong presentation skills.
