Summit Freight Solutions manages logistics for manufacturing and retail clients across the Southeast. We're hiring account managers who can own the relationship, manage freight execution, and identify upsell opportunities — no logistics background needed. You'll be the primary contact for 15-20 accounts, coordinating cross-dock, LTL, and full truckload freight, and working with our ops team on capacity and rates. We'll train you on our TMS and our freight processes. Base is $100k with account retention bonuses. Managers who grow their book and introduce managed transportation services are at $130k+.
Account management experience in any industry. Strong communication skills. Data-driven — comfortable with spreadsheets and reporting. Valid driver's license.
