BridgeLine Engineering produces structural steel fabrication drawings for commercial and infrastructure projects across the Eastern US. We're hiring detailers who can learn our CAD workflows — no prior steel detailing experience needed. You'll be trained on Tekla and SDS/2, learn how to read structural plans, and produce erection and shop drawings for steel frames. We'll put you through our two-year detailer development program. Base is $100k and detailers with 2-3 years of experience are at $125k+. This is a desk job with no travel — you're in an office working with engineers and fabricators to get the details right.
Strong spatial reasoning and 3D thinking. Comfortable with CAD or willing to learn. Engineering or architecture background helpful but not required. Detail-oriented.
