We're hiring sales reps who can build relationships with plant managers, warehouse ops directors, and fleet managers — no equipment leasing experience needed. You'll prospect into manufacturing, distribution, and logistics companies, run equipment assessments, and propose leasing solutions. Base is $100k with commission on every lease signed. We provide full product training on our fleet and our financing structures. Year-two reps are at $130k+.
Sales experience (any industry). Comfortable with plant/warehouse environments. Valid driver's license. Strong listening skills.
