Permian Pressure Services runs workover and completion rigs across the Permian Basin. We're hiring entry-level floor hands — no oilfield experience needed. The job is physical: you'll be making connections, handling pipe, and operating the rotary while our crew drills and completes wells. We provide all safety training (H2S, BOP operation, well control basics) and get you certified. Rotation is 14 days on, 7 off. Floor hands on our rigs are averaging $130k+ with per diem. If you want to break into the oilfield and have zero experience, this is the entry point.
Physical fitness and stamina. Ability to work long hours on your feet in all weather. Valid driver's license. Willingness to pass drug test and background check.
