Venture Surgical sells vascular access devices to hospitals and outpatient surgery centers across Florida. We're hiring reps who can manage a territory from end to end — no prior medical device experience needed. You'll handle existing accounts, introduce new products, and work with GPOs on contract compliance. Our training program is six months and covers product knowledge, account management, and competitive positioning. Base is $105k, OTE is $155k. Sales experience (any industry). Comfortable in a hospital or clinical environment. Valid driver's license. Strong territory management skills.
