CoreMed Solutions distributes surgical implants to orthopedic surgery groups in the Ohio Valley. We're hiring territory managers who can manage surgeon relationships and drive implant utilization — no medical device experience needed. You'll be in the OR with surgical teams during procedures, providing implant selection support, and working with hospital purchasing on contract compliance. We provide full product and OR etiquette training. OTE is $145k for managers who grow their territory. Base is $100k and we've got one of the best commission structures in the industry.
Comfortable in a clinical/surgical environment. Strong relationship skills with surgeons and hospital staff. Valid driver's license. Comfortable with travel within territory (80% of the time).
