Airfield Management Group provides air traffic control services to regional airports across the Southwest. We're sponsoring candidates through the FAA's Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative (AT-CTI) program and direct hire path. No prior aviation experience needed — we'll support your application to the FAA's Air Traffic Basics course, and once you pass, you'll be placed at one of our partner facilities. This is a federal government career with full benefits, TSP retirement, and an average salary of $125k over a career. You'll start at $100k and progress through facility ratings. If you can pass the FAA medical and get a 51 on the biographical assessment, we can get you into this career.
Able to pass FAA medical (Class 3). Score a 51 or higher on the FAA AT-SAT exam. Strong spatial awareness and decision-making under pressure. Bachelor's degree or 3 years work experience.
