About the Role

PivotBase provides project management software to professional services firms. We're hiring CSMs who can manage accounts, drive adoption, and reduce churn — no prior CS experience required. You'll own a book of 30-40 mid-market accounts, run quarterly business reviews, and work with customers to get them to renewal. We have a structured onboarding program: 60 days of product training, shadowing senior CSMs, and ramping into your own book. Base is $100k with renewal and expansion bonuses. We're growing fast — this team doubled last year.

What We're Looking For

Account management or customer-facing experience (any industry). Strong presentation skills. Data-driven — you'll track health scores and adoption metrics. Comfortable with technology.
