Ironclad builds and maintains pipelines across the Permian Basin. We are hiring people who want to learn welding or already have basic skills. You will work on construction crews building new pipeline infrastructure — 6G welding is the goal, and we will put you through training to get there. Per diem pay on top of base salary. Willingness to learn welding. Comfortable in field/industrial environment. Valid driver's license. No experience needed — we have paid training programs.
