Nexus Cloud sells enterprise data infrastructure software and we're building a BDR team from scratch. We're hiring team leads who can coach, manage, and close — you don't need SaaS experience, you need management instincts and competitive drive. We'll teach you our product, our playbook, and our ICP. You'll manage a team of 5-6 BDRs, run daily standups, do ride-alongs on calls, and own your team's pipeline generation. Base is $100k with team commission overrides. Top BDR managers at Nexus are earning $150k+. This is a first leadership role — come prove you can do it.
