Frontier Civil handles large-scale earthwork and site prep across California's Central Valley. We're hiring heavy equipment operators for dozers, excavators, and scrapers — no prior commercial equipment experience required, but you need to have operated something. We'll get you cross-trained on our machine fleet and get you current on OSHA 10, confined space, and HAZWOPER if needed. Starting pay is $100k base plus overtime, and a good operator running a full schedule is pulling $145k+. We work year-round on solar, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Heavy equipment operation experience (construction, agriculture, military, or similar). Valid driver's license. Reliable attendance record.
