Maverick Builders is a mid-size commercial general contractor running ground-up and TI projects across Arizona. We're hiring PMs who are ready to manage active construction sites — no prior PM experience needed. You'll coordinate subs, manage schedules, track RFI and submittal flow, and keep project costs on budget. We'll put you through our PM development program: you'll shadow senior PMs on active sites, learn Procore and Microsoft Project, and take on your own project within 6 months. Base is $100k and we've got a bonus structure tied to schedule and budget performance. This is the job for someone who wants to build a career in construction management without grinding through a two-year apprenticeship first.
Bachelor's degree in any field (construction management preferred but not required). Comfortable on active job sites. Strong organizational skills. Valid driver's license.
