SunPath Solar is one of the fastest-growing residential solar installers in Texas. We're promoting from within — we need crew leads who can install solar systems, manage a crew of 4-6 installers, and make sure every job passes inspection. You don't need solar experience. You need to have worked in construction or roofing, know how to manage a crew, and be able to solve problems in the field. We provide all NABCEP training and certifications. Base is $100k with performance bonuses tied to crew efficiency. Leads who run tight crews and pass inspection rate above 95% are earning $130k+.
Construction experience (any trade). Crew management or leadership experience. Comfortable on rooftops and climbing ladders. Valid driver's license.
