ProForce Energy Services runs wireline operations in the Bakken. We're hiring entry-level operators — no oilfield experience needed. Wireline work involves running tools into live wells to log data and perform interventions. You'll start in our trainee program at $100k base plus $75/day per diem; after completing your 90-day certification you're on a rotation schedule with a two-week-on, one-week-off rotation. Top wireline operators in the Bakken are earning $175k+. The work is physical, the hours are long, and the rotation is demanding — but so is the pay. If you can pass a drug test and show up ready to work, we'll teach you everything else.
