Velocity Fulfillment runs e-commerce fulfillment for DTC brands. We're hiring an operations director to manage our 200,000 sq ft warehouse — 150 employees, three shifts, peak season reaching 500k units per month. You don't need supply chain theory — you need floor leadership, obsession with throughput, and the ability to make fast decisions. We'll teach you our systems. Starting base is $115k with performance bonuses that put total comp at $155k+. You'll own the floor from receiving to ship-out, report directly to the owner.
Operations management experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment. Comfortable managing large teams. Data-driven approach to continuous improvement. Available for early morning shifts.
