RedStone Transport is a mid-sized trucking company running dry van freight across the South and Southwest. We need a fleet operations director who can manage 60+ owner-operators, coordinate dispatches, and keep our service metrics high. You don't need trucking industry experience — you need logistics management experience and the ability to hold people accountable. We'll teach you the trucking side. The role comes with equity upside and full P&L responsibility. This is a director role for someone who has managed people and process before, not necessarily in trucking.
Operations management experience (any industry). People management skills. Comfortable using TMS software. Available for on-call coverage during weekend shifts.
