You don't need freight experience — you need the ability to negotiate rates, manage relationships, and keep trucks moving. We'll get you licensed as a freight broker (we cover the exam fee and study time) and train you on our TMS platform. You'll be matching loads to carriers, negotiating spot rates, and managing exceptions. Top brokers at IronHorse clear $140k+ in their first year.
