Cascade Power Grid maintains transmission and distribution lines across the Pacific Northwest. We're accepting applications for our apprentice lineman program — no prior experience required. You'll start at $100k with full union benefits, and complete a four-year apprenticeship that puts you on track for $155k+ as a journeyman. The work is outdoor, physical, and honest. You'll learn to set poles, splice conductors, operate bucket trucks, and work hot lines. We provide all safety training and certifications. If you've got a hard hat mentality and can show up on time, we'll teach you the rest.
High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass climbing and physical assessment. Willingness to work in all weather conditions and travel to remote job sites.
