Enter the FAA's Air Traffic Controller training program and work toward your Certified Professional Controller rating. Training begins at a terminal or en-route facility in the US. You will earn while you certify — base pay increases with each rating step. Full FAA training provided.
This is a long-term career. Certified controllers in major markets earn $160k–$200k+ with full benefits and a pension. It takes 3–5 years to certify, but once you are there, you are set.
Bachelor's degree OR 3+ years of full-time work experience. Ability to pass the FAA pre-employment tests (ATC-SOAR). Must be a US citizen, 30 or under at time of application. Strong communication skills under pressure.
