Run ground-up construction of 200–400 unit multi-family developments across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. You will manage the full site operation — grading, structure, MEP rough-in, exterior envelope, and finish. Projects run 12–18 months. You are on site from concrete pour to Certificate of Occupancy.
We build 8–12 communities a year. You will run one after another if you are good.
5+ years as a superintendent on multi-family or large-scale commercial projects. P&L management experience a plus. OSHA 30. Valid driver's license. Willing to travel within DFW.
