Take off quantities, build scopes, and write estimates for $5M–$50M commercial construction projects across the Carolinas. You will work with the preconstruction team, manage bid packages, and coordinate with subcontractors. Heavy on plan reading, scope development, and relationship management with trade partners.
We train. We have a 12-month ramp for estimators who come from other industries but know how to read plans and think logically about construction.
Plan reading and construction estimating experience preferred. Willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail. Experience in concrete, steel, or MEP a plus.
