Own the schedule, budget, and client relationship on $5M–$25M commercial construction projects in Florida. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage RFIs and submittals, and report to the owner's rep. Current pipeline includes retail, office, and healthcare fit-outs across Tampa Bay.

Construction project management experience (field or office). OSHA 30 preferred. Procore or similar PM software experience a plus. Willing to travel to project sites within 2 hours of Tampa.
