Lead a 4–6 person crew installing residential and small commercial solar systems across the Albuquerque metro. You will be responsible for site assessment, system layout, roof mounting, electrical wiring, and quality control. Average job: 1–2 days. We do 8–12 installs per week.
Weekly pay. Company truck and tools. Health and dental on day 1. Promotes from within.
Electrical or roofing experience. Comfortable working at heights. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to start early and hustle.
