Run day-to-day operations for a 250k sqft e-commerce fulfillment center. You will own headcount, productivity, safety, and throughput across two shifts. Current peak: 80k units/day. We are scaling to 120k by Q4. You will build the team and the processes to get us there.
This is not a desk job. You are on the floor, running the operation, making calls in real time.
Operations management experience in high-volume warehouses or distribution centers. Comfortable with WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or similar). Shift flexibility (early/late rotation). Drive and ownership mentality.
