Oversee a fleet of 40–60 trucks and trailers operating across the Southeast corridor (I-95, I-85, I-20). You will handle driver relations, DOT compliance, maintenance coordination, and operational planning. We are mid-size — you own your fleet end to end.
Strong bonus structure tied to fleet utilization and retention. We want managers who take it personally when a truck is down or a driver is unhappy.
3+ years in fleet or transportation management. Valid CDL or extensive truck operations background. DOT/FMCSA compliance knowledge. Willing to be on call for after-hours breakdowns.
