Run ground-up construction of 200-400 unit multi-family developments across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro. Manage the full site — grading, structure, MEP rough-in, exterior envelope, and finish. Projects run 12-18 months. On site from concrete pour to Certificate of Occupancy.
We build 8-12 communities a year. You run them one after another if you are good.
5+ years as a superintendent on multi-family or large-scale commercial projects. P&L management a plus. OSHA 30. Valid driver's license. Willing to travel within DFW.
